What is the Red Rock Cottage policy for bookings if Covid strikes?

We appreciate that these are rather mad and uncertain times.

You can book with confidence.  If you have a booking and there is a lockdown that prevents you from coming to stay, we will:

- Refund 100% of your booking amount already paid

- OR; if you choose, we will move your booking to a new available spot that you choose

We have refunded and re-booked 100% of people when Covid lockdowns have occurred.

If you (the person who books, or the person / people booked alongside you contract Covid, we will move your booking to a new date of your choice (subject to the dates being available).  If you increase your number of days stay you will need to pay the standard price for additional nights.  If you move from off peak (winter) to peak season (summer), you will need to pay the price different per night; or if moving from peak season to off peak season, we will refund you the price different per season.

Note:  we currently do not accept guests in the cottage if you are confirmed as positive for Covid 19.
